Asia Conference on Business and Economic Studies

The Vietnam-Japan International Business Conference (VJIBC) is an annual conference jointly organized by the College of Business, Rikkyo University (Japan) and the Vietnam-Japan Institute for Human Resources Development (VJCC), Foreign Trade University (Vietnam) as an international platform for scholars and experts to exchange knowledge to assist sustainable organizational development.

The VJIBC#5-2025 focuses on “Creating and Leveraging Resources and Capabilities for Sustainable Business Development in the Dynamic Global Landscape.” This conference aims to bring together scholars and practitioners across various fields and countries to advance research in response to the urgent call for viable solutions for organizational development in the increasingly volatile international setting.

The VJIBC#5-2025 is held at the VJCC Institute, Foreign Trade University, Vietnam – an emerging Asian economy with tremendous business development and research potential. This conference also contributes to extending the comprehensive strategic Vietnam-Japan partnership and celebrating the 65th Anniversary of Foreign Trade University. 

We welcome both theoretical and empirical studies, which may focus on, but are not limited to, human resource management, marketing, finance, digital business, sustainable management, educational management, and political economy.
